I had two water treatment systems installed by them a few months ago, and once again, the service has been absolutely exceptional. This past weekend, my water softener started beeping, so I texted Captain Filtration Water Treatment. He was incredibly willing to help and made himself available even though it was the weekend. The following business day, he came to my house, troubleshot the system, took care of the issue, and even topped off the salt for me.
