I can't say enough good things about Captain Filtration Water Treatment! I had two water treatment systems installed by them a few months ago, and once again, the service has been absolutely exceptional. This past weekend, my water softener started beeping, so I texted Captain Filtration Water Treatment. I honestly wasn't expecting to hear back until the next business day, but the owner responded almost immediately. He was incredibly willing to help and made himself available even though it was the weekend. The following business day, he came to my house, troubleshot the system, took care of the issue, and even topped off the salt for me. This is now my second experience with the owner and Captain Filtration Water Treatment, and both times the level of service has been outstanding. It is becoming increasingly rare to find a business where the owner is this responsive, dependable, and genuinely committed to taking care of his customers. I truly cannot say enough good things about Captain Filtration Water Treatment. Congratulations to the owners for running a company with this level of professionalism, customer care, and integrity. Five stars! Service was excellent. Kevin from Captian Filtration refurbished our 7-year-old water conditioner and did a fantastic job. He clearly knew exactly what he was doing and took the time to walk me through every step of the refurb process. I really appreciated his deep working knowledge of both our system and the local county water setup. It's rare these days to get that level of professionalism and clarity. This guy is a pro and you want that level ofcompetenencey. Thank you to Kevin and Captain Filtration! I'm looking forward to another rebuild in 7 years and to regular quality service every quarter.

I don't leave many reviews, but Captain Filtration has earned this one. I've relied on them at four separate homes over the years, and the quality and consistency have been outstanding. Todd Buchman is the reason; he's responsive, he stands behind his work, and if a service issue ever comes up, he's on it right away and makes it right. It's rare to find a company you can count on across multiple properties. Highly recommended.
